How do I clean my Gaiam yoga mat?
We recommend wiping your mat with a damp cloth and mild detergent or our specialized Mat Wash. Lay it flat to air dry out of direct sunlight.
Are your yoga mats latex-free?
Most of our PVC mats are 6P free and latex-free. However, our performance rubber mats contain natural rubber which may contain latex.
How do I choose the right thickness for a mat?
A 3-4mm mat is standard for balance, while 6mm+ provides extra cushioning for joints and restorative practices.

New mats may have a harmless scent from the manufacturing process. Unroll and air out your mat for 2-3 days before use.
